My experience staying at the hotel was good and happy, until the last day of my stay I called an employee in the administration who said his name was Majeed and asked him to extend my checkout for three hours and I will pay the required amount due to my flight delay, but his response was unprofessional and bad and he said that I have to check out at 12 o'clock, and when I went down to the reception and paid the settlement and asked the receptionist to book another room due to my flight time, she was cooperative and asked me to pay the required amount and I was surprised that she returned me to the same room.. When I returned to the room, I was surprised that my bags had been taken out and I could not find them until I went down again and searched for them despite my request to return them several times over more than two hours. The experience of this employee and the last hours were bad. In general, the hotel is beautiful and enjoyable.

Неплохой отель, с собственным пляжем, однако в сезон очень много приходящих по day pass, отсюда высокий контроль и бдительность персонала ко всем посетителям, это немного нервирует. Также перед посещением уточните размер депозита, он составляет порядка 1000-1500 аед

Another wonderful stay at Five Palm! This was my fifth visit in the last 13 months, and once again, it did not disappoint. The team is always friendly and helpful, making every moment enjoyable. A special thank you to Samia from reception, who looked after me both in December and during this stay. Her dedication, attentiveness, and commitment to delivering the highest service standards truly made a difference. She should be commended for her outstanding service and guest experience. Looking forward to my next visit!
